Ms Ellen M. Helmerson, SES, G-1/4

 

 

Ms. Ellen M. Helmerson was selected for the Senior Executive Service in November 2008.  She is currently assigned to the Headquarters, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command as the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1/4 (Personnel and Logistics).  She is responsible for human resources, logistics, engineering, environment, and integration of base support programs while administering medical, religious, and history functions for an organization of 40,000 Soldiers and 16,000 civilians spread across 33 schools at 16 different locations.
